- Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity for development (user stories, use cases)
- Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal product integration and at client sites
- Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation
- Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery
- Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams
Your profile – Your strengths
- Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role (ideally within financial services or consulting) with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes (e.g. advisory) and related regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG)
- Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Technical affinity familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs data integration, and system architecture
- Very strong communication skills in English and ideally German
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with an international team-oriented mindset
