Your job – Your passion

Maintain and update operational data such as sales figures and project status reports—helping with basic analysis and creating simple dashboards or presentations
Support collaboration across Sales, Product, and Project teams by coordinating information and ensuring smooth workflows
Assist with project organization, including managing shared folders, checklists, and tracking deliverables and timelines
Contribute to process improvements by identifying small inefficiencies and helping to implement and test new ideas
Prepare documentation such as templates, guidelines, or notes to support the team’s daily work
Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices

Your profile – Your strengths

You are currently enrolled in a university program (business, IT, or a related field is a plus)
You are comfortable working in an English-speaking team
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other standard Office applications
Organized and detail-oriented in your approach to tasks
You are eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative when needed
You are a strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
