- Enthusiasm for fintech and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in one or more relevant areas (e.g., software development, product management, QA, sales, operations) and / or the finance, investment banking or wealth domain
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in cross-disciplinary, agile teams
- Initiative: you identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions and drive them forward
- Familiarity with agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and common collaboration tools
- Fluent / business fluent English skills; German is a plus
