Dein Job – Deine Leidenschaft

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Gestaltung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, remote oder vor Ort (auch europaweit, aber nicht mehr als ca. 2-4 Tage Reisetätigkeit im Monat)
Du analysierst und strukturierst Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt diese in passgenaue Softwarelösungen
Du gewährleistest die fachliche Unterstützung der Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) in deinem interdisziplinären Team
Zudem bist du für die Ergebnissicherung von fachlichen und technischen Softwaretests verantwortlich

Dein Profil – Deine Stärken

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium o. ä. Qualifikation, z. B. in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaften, MINT
Darüber hinaus kannst du (erste) Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche, der Beratung oder im IT-Umfeld vorweisen
Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, arbeitest eigenständig und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer (m/w/d)

Would you like to advise well-known financial institutions and financial service providers regarding the design of individual software solutions and become the interface between our customers and the software development department?

Your job – Your passion

Your task is the design and implementation of customer workshops on site (also across Europe), approx. 2-4 days of traveling per month
You analyse and structure customer requests and their translation into tailor-made software solutions
You also professionally support the software developers in your interdisciplinary team
You will ensure the results of functional and technical software tests

Your profile – Your strengths

You have completed your studies or similar qualification, e.g., in the fields of economics, engineering, MINT
In addition, you have (initial) work experience in the financial sector, consulting or in the IT environment
You have strong communication skills in German and English, work independently and are an absolute team player
