Your job – Your passion
  • Your tasks include clarifying and formulating the goal and mission, as well as drafting the work breakdown structure and updating it
  • You are also responsible for obtaining effort estimates and creating a schedule and resource plan
  • You will be responsible for project control, cost calculation and monitoring and will keep an eye on the budget and risks at all times
  • You will also conduct project meetings and steering committees and document projects
  • You coordinate the project team and are responsible for conflict management
  • In addition, you support the continuous improvement of aixigo project management
Your profile – Your strengths
  • You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of economics, MINT or similar
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in IT project management of complex projects
  • You have a keen interest or experience in the financial sector
  • Furthermore, you have good skills in the areas of process design, documentation and project management
  • You are a strong communicator in German and English, work independently, are an absolute team player and have a good eye for the needs of your stakeholders

  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Klärung und Formulierung von Ziel und Auftrag sowie der Entwurf des Projektstrukturplans und dessen Aktualisierung
  • Für die Einholung von Aufwandseinschätzungen und die Erstellung eines Termin- und Ressourcenplans bist du darüber hinaus verantwortlich
  • Du führst das Projektcontrolling und die Kostenkalkulation und -überwachung durch und hältst das Budget und Risiken jederzeit im Blick
  • Weiterhin führst du Projektbesprechungen und Lenkungskreise durch und dokumentierst Projekte
  • Du koordinierst das Projektteam und bist verantwortlich für das Konfliktmanagement
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des aixigo Projektmanagements
Dein Profil – Deine Stärken
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, MINT o. ä.
  • Außerdem hast du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von komplexen (IT-) Projekten
  • Du hast darüber hinaus reges Interesse an oder bereits Erfahrung in der Finanzbrache 
  • Weiterhin besitzt du sehr gute Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Prozessgestaltung, Dokumentation und Projektmanagement
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, arbeitest eigenständig, bist ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) und hast einen guten Blick für die Bedürfnisse deiner Stakeholder (m/w/d)
